tiramisu: son of the wilds

Tiramisu is a bit unusual among his kind.He was born in Sharlayan. He has lop ears, which isn't unusual in and of itself... but the antlers are anything but common. Because of this, he has been the subject of much study since he was young. His parents are well-respected Viera scientists who only encouraged the study of their son, much to his dismay.Though he felt out of place and struggled, he eventually went on to become a successful student at the Academy. He received two Archon distinctions— one for sage somanoutic arts and the other for wilderness survival. The more time he spent in nature embracing his odd heritage and antlers, the more he resented being trapped in his current life as an unwilling test subject.Tiramisu cut ties with his parents, leaving Sharlayan to join the Scions. Eventually, people came to call him the Sage of Light.For a brief period of time, he and Thancred were intimate, but they grew apart during their stint on the First. Thancred had changed in the five years he had spent there. They patched things up after their return back to the Source, but Tiramisu remained hesitant to re-enter a romantic relationship with Thancred.After the events in Ultima Thule, Tiramisu sought the gunbreaker out again, deciding it was important to act on his feelings as tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Tiramisu is kind and friendly, but not without his limits. He grows tired sometimes of being expected to always bear the burdens of others.When he wants to vent his frustrations, he will often visit Ul'dah. Not much of a physical fighter, Tiramisu finds it refreshing when forced to fight with weapons he's unfamiliar with.
